Let me explain: Before a dry well can be installed, a permit must be issued by the local building department.

The homeowner must obtain this permit before contacting Us. We know this may be a little inconvenient, but it is necessary.
Having a legally installed drywell will insure that you have no issues years later when you sell your home. But more importantly, it will insure that we are all doing our part to safeguard Long Islands ground water.
It’s everyones responsibility to safeguard our water supply for future generations.

The owners and all our employees live and raise our children here on Long Island. We will not install a dry well without a permit.
When you have a permit, we will install the specified size dry well quickly, using the best materials.
